St. Joseph’s School Students Invited to Concordia College’s Science Academy

St. Joseph’s School 1st through 8th grade students are invited to participate in Concordia College’s Science Academy.  The event is being held at Robert Asp Elementary in Moorhead, and participating students from St. Joseph’s School will be provided free transportation to the Science Academy after school.  Parents are asked to pick up participating students at 4:30pm from Robert Asp Elementary.

About the Science Academy:

The Concordia Science Academy is an outreach program coordinated by faculty and students of Concordia College dedicated to introducing and continuing to expose elementary school students of the Fargo-Moorhead area to science.  The main focus of the organization is to host outstanding and awe-inspiring Science Academies throughout the school year for an array of science activities in one amazing session!

  • Time:  3:00-4:45pm
  • Location:  Robert Asp Elementary, Moorhead
  • Transportation Provided:  A free bus from St. Joseph’s School to Robert Asp for those students that have signed up for the Science Academy.
  • Ages:  1st grade – 8th grade


How to Register:

To register your 1st-8th grade student, send an email to Heidi Huus at with your child’s name, child’s grade, and the last name of your child’s teacher.
