Registration and Enrollment Policies for All Students:
Registration and enrollment is completed online for all students (new and returning)
Registration opens February 1st.
The registration fee is $35 per student. After April 1st, the registration fee is $60 per student.
Registration Enrollment and Procedure for Returning Students:
On February 1st, families will receive an email from the TADS system informing them that the registration process has opened for the coming school year.
The email will contain a link that will take you to the TADS registration website. If you have lost the email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 218-233-0553 and we will get you the link shortly.
Complete the enrollment process for the returning student by filling in the required information.
Through the enrollment process, you will have an opportunity to apply for the Extended Day Program and indicate your desire for a scholarship. For information on how to apply for a scholarship, please see the SCHOLARSHIP page.
At the end of the enrollment tab, you will be required to pay a $35 non-refundable registration fee. After April 1st, the registration fee is $60 per student.
Submit the enrollment information.
In June, you will receive an email from the TADS system asking you to complete the tuition agreement. Families will pick their payment plan at that time. Families have the option to pay annually, semiannually, over nine months, or over ten months.
To complete the student’s enrollment, there are a number of forms that need to be completed and turned into the school office by August 15th. Families have two options to obtain all necessary forms.
Option 2 – Within the TADS system, click on the enrollment tab, select your student, view the “Required Forms and Documents” section, select each form, print and complete all applicable forms.
Waiting List Policies
In the event that enrollment for a specific class is full, a waiting list will be established.
Waiting list priority will be established based on number of considerations, including but not limited to the following:
Registered members/families of St. Joseph’s Parish or St. Francis de Sales’ Parish with a sibling already enrolled in the school.
Registered members/families of St. Joseph’s Parish or St. Francis de Sales’ Parish who do not have any children enrolled in the school.
Unregistered members/families of St. Joseph’s Parish or St. Francis de Sales’ Parish who agree to register with St. Joseph’s Parish or St. Francis de Sale’s Parish (including families who are transferring from another Catholic school).
Catholic children who attend another parish.
Children of other Christian faiths.
Other applicants not in the above categories.
